新商品のお知らせです。北海道にわずかに残っていた亜麻糸を譲っていただきました。リネンの超極細の糸は現在ほぼ作られておりません。160/2 のとても繊細なリネンです。扱いはデリケートにお願いいたします。25gの枷で、５枷のみの販売です。写真で色がわかりにくいのですが、S-3の140/2番手と同系色です。とても自然な色です。

美しい大麻の糸が入荷いたしました。独特の手触りと、素晴らしい光沢の極細（100/2）の糸です。この糸はとても強く、張りがあり、リネンに似た風合いがあります。 硬い糸のためか、滑らかさに欠け、ボビンからほどくのが大変です。 （ピンで引っ掛けながら引き抜きました） 同じく、飾り糸にぴったりの太い番手のナチュラルカラーも入荷しております。大麻はその特性のため、特別な許可がなければ栽培できません。 しかし、古来日本人にとって大麻は神に捧げる特別な繊維です。 大切に扱うものなのです。 レースを作るときは、祈りに近い気持ちで取り組みました。

Announcement of a new product. We were given some flax thread that was left in Hokkaido.Ultra-fine linen thread is rarely made these days. This is a very delicate 160/2 linen. Please handle it with care. The skein weighs 25g, and we are only selling 5 skeins. The color is hard to tell from the photo, but it is the same color as S-3 140/2 count. It is a very natural color.
We have some beautiful hemp threads in stock. It is a very fine (100/2) thread with a unique texture and a wonderful luster.This thread is very strong, has tension, and has a texture unique to linen. Perhaps because of the hard thread, it lacks smoothness and is difficult to unwind from the bobbin.(I pulled it out while hooking it with a pin) In fact, cannabis cannot be cultivated without special permission because of its narcotic properties. However, for the Japanese people, hemp is a fiber offered to the gods. It is something that is treated with great care. When I made the lace, I approached it with a feeling that was almost like a prayer.

手績み（てうみ）とは、細く裂いた麻の繊維を手で撚り合せ、繋げていった糸です。
すべての行程を手作業で行った麻糸は、現在ではとても貴重な工芸品でもあります。
